To celebrate National Hot Chocolate Day, we’re inviting the community to stop by the Douglas Homes Southbow Landing showhome on January 31 for a cozy, community-appreciation open house.

This is all about welcoming neighbours, warming up together, and sharing a simple winter moment.

A Cozy Community Celebration

We’ve set up a winter café-style hot chocolate bar designed to feel relaxed and inviting for all ages.

Create your own cup with:

• Classic hot chocolate & white hot chocolate

• A coffee option

• Mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, white crème chips, crushed cookies

• Whipped cream, caramel drizzle, cinnamon, and peppermint sticks

Build your drink, grab a mug, and stay awhile.
